Design and Planning
Work with White Oak Homes to create a design that meets your unique needs and preferences. This will include creating a floor plan, selecting materials, and determining a budget.
Site Preparation
Before construction begins, the site must be prepared. This may involve clearing the land, grading the soil, and preparing the foundation.
Framing
Once the site is prepared, the framing of the home can begin. This involves constructing the frame of the house, which includes the walls, roof, and floors.
Electrical and Plumbing
Once the frame is in place, the electrical and plumbing systems can be installed. This includes running wires, installing fixtures, and connecting pipes.
Interior Finishes
With the electrical and plumbing systems in place, the interior finishes can be installed. This includes installing insulation, drywall, flooring, and paint.
Step 6
Final Inspection
Once construction is complete, a final inspection will be conducted to ensure that everything meets local building codes and safety standards. If everything checks out, you'll be ready to move into your new custom home.
